About BABR: By Air, By Rail is a

The second By Air, By Rail festival was held July 21-23, 2006 and had the above attracitons and grew bigger to include 10,000 sq. ft. of LEGO displays, more vendors and crafters, powered parachutes, and an entertainment stage.
The third annual BABR festival was held this past summer (July 20-22) expanded even more to include, in addition to attractions from the previous festivals, more train and LEGO displays, the Indiana Transportation Museum, simulators from Grissom Air Force base, a train for children to ride on throughout the festival, more vendors and crafters, and artwork from students at Mt. Vernon High School.
BABR is the main fundraiser for the Fortville/McCordsville Chamber of Commerce.
