Fortville/McCordsville Area Chamber of Commerce (CofC) is not responsible for vendor equipment which is incompatible (due to design or malfunction) with any power supply or distribution equipment safety devices. If any vendor equipment causes activation of these safety devices, the vendor will be required to disconnect the offending equipment from the event power supply without recourse against the CofC, it's suppliers or associated individuals. |
