About BABR: By Air, By Rail is a festival to raise money for the Fortville/McCordsville Chamber of Commerce and to get people informed about them. BABR is the main fundraiser for the Fortville/McCordsville Chamber of Commerce. It has hot air balloons, art displays, lego displays, flight simulators and much more. Admission is free and it is held at Mt. Vernon Intermediate School on the third weekend in July. Below is a schedule for the festival.
