Paul Allen

I picked Paul Allen because he was one of the original co-founders of Microsoft. He had a big part in the starting of Microsoft. Paul was the person who had to go with Bill Gates to test BASIC. The last reason i picked him was because he got cancer in 1983, but was able to be successfully treated for it.

  • Attended Lakeside School and became friends with Bill Gates.
  • Went to Washington State University and dropped out after two years to work as a programmer.
  • Got Bill Gates to drop out of Harvard.
  • Together with Gates made Microsoft.
  • Made BASIC with Gates.
  • He co-founded Microsoft which became one of the richest Computer Companies.
