The file size is not mentioned in the properties that I viewed of the video. The format is a flash video.
The visual quality is pretty good for this video. I am not sure about the sound quality because the computer I am viewing this on doesn't use sound. There is some editing in this video the introduction to the video is all effects. I did not see a lot of transitions in the video but there were some. The content of the video is skateboarding it is a promotional video for BlackBox distribution. They own brands like Zero, Mystery, and Fallen. If I were to edit this video I would add a few more effects and possibly split the skaters into parts.
