First, I chose the background color, blue. Next, I went to the paint tool and I selected the color I wanted and painted on the sun, the sailboat, and the birds. Then, I went to the paint tool again and I selected a special tool to make the waves have a diffrent texture and chose the color. Finally, I went to the blending tool and chose a very light blue and I blended the light blue and the waves together very softly.
