This is the story of my spring break. You may not believe me, but I don't ask you to.
Friday, the start of break, I sat on my bed and watched that old 90's show Dinosaurs on NetFlix. I've always loved the feisty baby (NOT THE MAMA!). Honestly, I figured this would be the majority of my break except for Saturday. You see, I would be turning the magical 18 (or is it a curse?). Anyway, I figured I had to follow the tradition of buying the things I couldn't buy the day before and that included a lottery ticket. What happened next, no one expected. Not even me.
My luck had turned; I had found myself at the other end of the rainbow. Finally, right? I always knew I would amount to something.
My first thought was to buy an myself a beautiful secluded island. No, my story does not follow the TV show Lost. My story went something like this. And this.
Unfortunately though, I found out the hard way I like to live an extravgant lifestyle and lost every dollar. I managed to find $2 in my couch cushions (hallelujah!). I ran over to the closest gas station and quickly bought another lottery ticket. I didn't even move once I was handed the ticket. I started scratching vigorously.
I lost. Everything . I didn't even win my $2 back.
Atleast it was a good run.
