I Learned a lot more than just those three from the reading but these were I thought were the most important.

Vocabulary From This week

Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of text sent to your browser by a website you visit.
CSS
Cascading Style Sheets.
Path
The path tells the host server that you want to see the maps web application
Extended validation certificate
Allows you determine the name and organization that runs the website
Browser Data
Data that is stored locally on your computer.

Additional things I learned from this weeks' reading

  1. I learned about web apps and how they work.
  2. How Http, CSS, and Javascript work together.
  3. How the Web has changed over the years.
  4. How to protect myself on the web.

The Web is constantly changing and it is important to adapt to these changes to help create a better web.

Always having an updated browser is import so I no longer need to have certain plug-ins and extensions since the Browser can perform functions like viewing 3D images and Games without them.
