Packets

• They are small chunks of data that are made when large amounts of data are broken down.
• The larger data amounts are broken down into packets, because it is more efficient to send the smaller data amounts.
• The packets are then put back into a larger piece of data upon arrival.
• The Internet has a funnel that can fit only a certain number of packets at a time.
• The units used to measure the size of this funnel are bits per second (bps).
• The total bps of this funnel is the bandwidth of that funnel.
A packet is the unit of data that is routed between an origin and a destination on the Internet or any other packet-switched network.

HTML 5 is not a new coding language, it is an update for HTML which has been around for nearly 20 years. HTML 5 quite a few new tags and of course supports most of the old ones. Here is a page with a free intro to HTML 5 coding. Below is a video embeded using the new HTML 5 video tag.

	3d in the browser is also a new thing in HTML 5. HTML can now communicate with Javascript to make beautiful browser animations.
