Completed Project
Below is my completed picture. Like I stated in the Tutorial Response section, this is no where near completion but this is as far as I got before having no clue what to do next. I reached this step and didn't know what to do next. I would have liked to attempt and complete a different project, but this is as far I got on the blur effect attempt.
