The following link is for the tutorial page with the instructions creating an image blur. I chose to attempt an image blur because I am an athlete and I thought the idea was cool. I planned to use an action shot of my favorite NFL player, Adrian Peterson, and make it look like he was running so fast, the area he left behind was in a blur.
